JA.XA HR Consulting (JA.XA”) is an independently managed organisation led by Kelly-Anne Amin.

The organisation perfoms an array of HRM functions namely:

  • Competency Based Recruitment and Selection and Psychometric Testing
  • Capacity and Leadership Development
  • Organisational Design (inclusive of Job Analysis)
  • Performance Management
  • Employee Relations (inclusive of policy development, grievance handling, and staff engagement)
  • Compensation and Benefits Management
  • Communications and Marketing (inclusive of Graphic Design for internal communiques, social/web media, press advertisements, annual report development etc)
