Kelly-Anne Amin - Chief Human Resources Officer

Kelly-Anne Amin is a distinguished Attorney-at-Law and certified Senior Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-SCP) with extensive expertise in organizational design, policy development, employee relations, communications, strategic planning, and competency-based recruitment and selection. Her career spans over a decade, marked by significant contributions to both public and private sectors in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean region.

Kelly-Anne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in February 2020. She also earned a Master of Human Resource Management (with Distinction) from the University of the West Indies – Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies. Her commitment to professional development is evident through certifications such as, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM), and qualifications in occupational, ability, and personality testing from the British Psychological Society.

Her consultancy experience includes working with organizations such as Aileen Kelley & Associates Limited, Aptitude HR Consulting Limited, and Simplicity Consulting Limited, where she designed competency-based tools, facilitated training programs, and developed organizational structures and policies. She has also provided advisory services to companies offering strategic HR solutions on a retainer basis.

Kelly-Anne has played pivotal roles in career development and succession planning projects for entities such as the Barbados Water Authority and S.L. Horsford Company, where she designed competency frameworks and assessment tools. Her expertise in competency-based recruitment and selection has been utilised by organisations like the Environmental Management Authority.

In the realm of organizational design, Kelly-Anne has contributed to projects for the Office of the Premier (Montserrat), and St. Lucia Air and Sea Port Authority, among others. She has also been instrumental in developing performance management systems for entities such as the Barbados Water Authority and St. Lucia Tourism Authority.

Her public sector experience includes serving as Operations and Logistics Specialist and Management Specialist at the Ministry of Digital Transformation, where she led HR architecture development, policy drafting, and career pathing initiatives. She has also worked with the Ministry of Public Administration, Office of the Prime Minister, and National Information and Communication Technology Company Limited (iGovTT), contributing to HR policy development, recruitment processes, and organizational restructuring.

Kelly-Anne’s academic contributions include serving as a part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, where she taught Communication Skills to undergraduate students, utilizing innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

Troy Rhodes - Creative Director

Troy Rhodes is a highly creative and multi-talented Senior Graphic Designer with over 39 years of professional experience in design and quality control. Specializing in package design, branding, and advertising, Troy has successfully executed over 3,000 design projects for local, regional, and international clients. His expertise spans a wide range of creative solutions, including logos, annual reports, brochures, posters, point-of-purchase items, stationery, t-shirts, advertisements, and fine art portraits.

Currently serving as a Creative Solutions Designer at the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Troy has played a pivotal role in developing the Ministry’s visual identity, managing digital marketing initiatives, and creating impactful advertising campaigns. His previous roles include General Manager and Art Director at Digital Graphics and Technologies Limited, where he led a 9-member design team and facilitated training in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for leading advertising agencies.

Troy is proficient in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva, with exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills. He is known for his strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and ability to perform in deadline-driven environments. His client portfolio includes prominent organizations such as TTPost, SM Jaleel, Trinidad Cement Limited, Petrotrin Limited, and Vemco, showcasing his versatility and commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
