Kelly-Anne Amin - Chief Human Resources Officer
Kelly-Anne Amin is a distinguished Attorney-at-Law and certified Senior Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-SCP) with extensive expertise in organizational design, policy development, employee relations, communications, strategic planning, and competency-based recruitment and selection. Her career spans over a decade, marked by significant contributions to both public and private sectors in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean region.
Kelly-Anne holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in February 2020. She also earned a Master of Human Resource Management (with Distinction) from the University of the West Indies – Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies. Her commitment to professional development is evident through certifications such as, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM), and qualifications in occupational, ability, and personality testing from the British Psychological Society.
In the realm of organizational design, Kelly-Anne has contributed to projects for the Office of the Premier (Montserrat), and St. Lucia Air and Sea Port Authority, among others. She has also been instrumental in developing performance management systems for entities such as the Barbados Water Authority and St. Lucia Tourism Authority.
Her public sector experience includes serving as Operations and Logistics Specialist and Management Specialist at the Ministry of Digital Transformation, where she led HR architecture development, policy drafting, and career pathing initiatives. She has also worked with the Ministry of Public Administration, Office of the Prime Minister, and National Information and Communication Technology Company Limited (iGovTT), contributing to HR policy development, recruitment processes, and organizational restructuring.
Kelly-Anne’s academic contributions include serving as a part-time lecturer at the University of the West Indies, where she taught Communication Skills to undergraduate students, utilizing innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
