Below are varying options or pathways for engaging JA.XA (click each one for more information):

1. Project/Deliverable Basis

This route is based on a specific project or deliverable and utilised on an adhoc basis. The costing for any project is bespoke to the scope of the service to be rendered.

This route does not have any defined number of billable hours per month but will be accessed on an as needed basis.

This route entails the provision of largely advisory services but with tangible outputs on specific matters.

This route entails a combination of advisory and on-site presence in the office (the number of days will be predicated on the needs of the Client). On-site presence can be fixed per week or by a fixed number per month. The Client will need to identify what it would require the Consultant to execute when on-site as this could involve outsourcing some of the HR Functions.
